Julie Oyen, owner and operator of Bake @ 350º will create a cake to match most any design request: small to large. If you can dream it, she can create it. Using the very best organic ingredients, including eggs fresh from our farm, Julie’s quality cakes are a feast for the eyes and a treat to the taste buds.  Cake tasting can be provided upon request from an extensive library of recipes.


Julie not only designs each confection personally but also bakes, assembles and completes every project from beginning to end. All items on her cakes are edible, including flowers. Pre-made flowers and decorations are not used except upon client request. Julie has been decorating cakes for many years and received her formal training in cake decorating from the prestigious Institute of Culinary Education in New York City studying under the world famous and award winning cake decorator Toba Garrett. She continues her education to stay current with trends and new products that produce superior results.


All work is done to order, as there is no inventory from which to draw. This guarantees a unique creation that is always delivered fresh. When ordering a multi-layered cake with unique designs, please contact Bake @ 350º at least one month before the event. Smaller special occasion cakes and cookies can be accommodated with a one to two week notice, in most cases. To avoid disappointment, remember to reserve space on Julie’s calendar for your special events or gift requests.


All confections are packaged simply, yet elegantly. Cakes can be picked up in Katonah, or deliveries and set-ups can be arranged within Westchester, NYC, and surrounding areas.
